Mahindra planned to launch two more variants W4 & W10 of the popular XUV500 soon in the Indian market. Out of these two variants one variant will be expensive than the Mahindra XUV 500 W8 variant which could be called as W10 and other variant will be priced lower than the W6 which could be called as W4.
Till 2015 Mahindra is also planning to replace its models like Bolero and Scorpio. All these cars will be developed in partnership with SsangYong.
The Mahindra XUV500 W10 new variant will be featured with many of the new luxurious features from the current top range model W8. But the other new XUV500 W4 variant will be very utilitarian and stripped out of many features therefore this variant will be cheaper making it more affordable for the larger audience.
These two new variants of Mahindra XUV500 will compete against its rival Renault Duster. Mahindra will make minor updates in their all models of cars in upcoming 2 years and major updates will take 4 years where the complete replacement of all cars will take total of 8 years.
Mahindra also confirmed that they will not add any new car in their line-up but they will work on improving all models of their current cars. The Mahindra and Mahindra are working to increase their sales by introducing fresh models of the current cars by updating their features.
