Device Overview

The TP-Link Archer C6 (AC1200) is a dual-band gigabit Wi-Fi router commonly deployed as the customer premises gateway in residential fiber and WISP installations.

It provides four Gigabit LAN ports and one Gigabit WAN port, supporting up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz.

Its software includes a dedicated Access Point mode that disables NAT, DHCP, and firewall rules in one click, turning it into a pure wireless AP for bridged topologies.
